What Does It Entail?

By signing up to participate in this free program, your hospital is agreeing to commit to the following:

​

  1. Complete one on-site introductory meeting - The GA Southern Flex team will come to your hospital for an introductory meeting to discuss your hospital's efforts and challenges with engaging your community

  2. Complete a self-assessment worksheet

  3. Convene a community advisory board

  4. Facilitate the recruitment of community members for focus groups and listening sessions

  5. Facilitate the distribution of community surveys

  6. Complete at least one action planning work-shop
