Join the Community of Practice (CoP) Network (The Network) for Georgia's CAHs! The Network will serve as a platform to engage Georgia CAH leaders and representatives to develop solutions to common issues that threaten the financial sustainability of CAHs. 

 

 The Flex team at Georgia Southern University will facilitate The Network for Georgia Critical Access Hospitals. This program is funded by the Georgia Department of Community Health, State Office of Rural Health.
