By signing up to participate in this free program, your hospital is agreeing to commit to the following:

1. Complete one on-site introductory meeting - The GA Southern Flex team will come to your hospital for an introductory meeting to discuss your hospital's efforts and challenges with engaging your employees

2. Disseminate a baseline employee engagement survey to all employees and encourage employees to complete the survey

3. Convene an employee engagement work group, with representation from all employee-levels, including front-line employees.

4. Complete at least one action planning work-shop

5. Implement action plan within your organization

6. Disseminate an annual follow-up employee engagement survey to all employees and encourage employees to complete the survey
