Wherever possible, and to minimize the burden of data reporting on participating hospitals, the team tries to complete assessments using existing secondary administrative data sources. However, we may still require some data from participating hospitals.

1. Provide financial and operational data on an as-requested basis

2. Have financial executives, business managers and revenue-cycle front-line staff complete a revenue cycle survey

3. Review assessment and implement action plans for addressing problem areas
