As part of the FLEX Financial and Operational Improvement Program (Medicare Rural Hospital Flexibility Grant Program, CFDA 93.241), the Flex team at Georgia Southern University will work with selected Georgia Critical Access Hospitals to complete financial and operational assessments. Each hospital's performance will be benchmarked against state, regional, and national medians where possible.
