THE GEORGIA CRITICAL ACCESS HOSPITAL COMMUNITY OF PRACTICE

The Georgia Critical Access Hospital (CAH) Community of Practice program aims to improve financial and operational performance in Georgia's CAHs through knowledge sharing and the co-creation of evidence-based solutions to financial and operational challenges. In addition to the creation of a knowledge-sharing and learning network for the state's CAHs (i.e. the Community of Practice), other initiatives under this program include the provision of technical assistance on financial and operational assessments, stakeholder engagement assessments and strategic planning. Technical assistance is delivered by the Georgia Southern Flex Team.
