About the Course
The Center for Public Health Practice and Research, through the Flex Financial and Operational Improvement Grant, is sponsoring a free online course for all Critical Access Hospital employees: "PDSA for Healthcare". The course introduces students to the Plan-Do-Study- Act model that is a part of the Lean philosophy of Performance Improvement. The PDSA model provides concrete guidance for addressing recurring process issues through structured problem solving and organizational learning. This is an opportunity to build a performance improvement throughout your hospital.
