STRATEGIC PLANNING
When was the last time your hospital engaged in formal strategic planning?

A strategic plan allows organizations to position themselves in the present while projecting themselves into the future. Strategic planning is a process that identifies what an organization wants to achieve and also defines how it’ll achieve its objectives. The strategic planning process helps organizations answer the following questions: What should we be? Where should we be? How should we proceed?
Strategic planning leads to improved organizational capacity, performance, and viability.
