By signing up to participate in this free program, your hospital agrees to commit to the following:

• Hold an on-site introductory meeting with the GA Southern Flex team to discuss your hospital's strategic planning past efforts and future goals. 

  • After this meeting, the GA Southern Flex team will gather information on your hospital’s current operating environment in preparation for the next steps.

• Commit to approximately three strategic planning sessions with representatives from hospital leadership, staff, and board members.

• Facilitate the recruitment of participants in these sessions.

• Host these strategic planning sessions.

  • During these meetings, participants will review/update mission and vision statements if needed, identify pivotal issues and strategic priorities, develop goals and objectives, and outline an action plan that ensures accountability.

• Work with the GA Southern Flex team to finalize an implementation plan

  • Upon completion, your hospital will receive a comprehensive strategic planning document
